Hey summer ball families allow us to introduce our 2 volunteer coordinators! Introducing Katie DeMann and Sydney Haralson.

Hey everyone! My name is Katie and I am a mom to 3 kiddos who have been involved with HYSO summer ball for several years. I developed a love for the game early and played softball all throughout my childhood and high school years. I work in healthcare and have worked locally in the community for the last 13 years. I am excited for the season and looking forward to spring!

HI! My name is Sydney and I am a mom to 3 active little girls. Two of my girls are already involved in the league with the third not far behind. I played little league as a child from t-ball all the way through seniors. I also played a little in high school and still like to stay active as an adult by playing as often as I can in an adult recreational co-ed league. I recently went back to work, but made sure a flexible schedule was guaranteed, so l will be able to dedicate my time to this league as co-coordinator. Can’t WAIT for the next season to begin!!

We both will continue to do everything we can to keep the league fun & easy, and running smooth for the families of our community. The number ONE way you, as a community, can help make that a reality is to volunteer and help where you can. Parent volunteers are the heart and soul of the program! Some ways to volunteer are coaching, concessions, umping, or just being a part of the committee doing miscellaneous tasks as they arise. Please consider some sort of involvement.
